- SPARCOFLOOR WBE400 is recommended in the following applications.; For coloured seal coat onto cementitious screed.; For use on normal to medium heavy exposure, in the warehouse flooring, production floors, car park decks, etc.; For use as primer and top-coat system onto Concrete, New concrete.
