Uses

SPARCO ElectroShield SL 110 is recommended for the various applications:; Dissipative/ESD- compliant; Electronics facilities and Data Centres; High resistant to mechanical and chemical loading; Antistatic flooring and walls; Electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding; Pharmaceutical facilities, Aerospace Hangers; Warehouses and Storage areas.

Surface preparation

Coverage

It is recommended to apply SPARCO ElectroShield SL 110 minimum 2.25 kg binder with or without + 0.25 kg quartz sand. For Aesthetic demands, per coat (film thickness approximate 1.5 mm). Approximate 5 to 8 m²/L at 75 μm DFT. Coverage may vary slightly depending on the surface porosity of the substrate and surface conditions.

Safety

PRECAUTION After hardening thoroughly, SPARCO ElectroShield SL 100 is physiologically harmless. Keep the resin and hardener away from the eyes, mouth and skin. Do not breathe in the vapours. The uncured mixture can cause irritation of the skin. For best protection, wear rubber or plastic gloves.
