Two-component solvent based polyurethane finishes consisting of blended polyester polyol resin with pigments and aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener. - Surface preparation
- New concrete floors should be cured for a minimum of 28 days and dried to below a moisture content of 4%; For adequate adhesion of coatings, concrete surface should be free of laitance.
- Drying / curing
- Foot Traffic 8 hours at 25°C Vehicular Traffic 48 hours at 25°C Chemical 7 days at 25°C; Dry Film Thickness 35 microns/m²/coat; Abrasion Resistance CS-17 (ASTM D4060) 90mg weight loss after 1000 cycles of abrasion.
